Black Forest Capital, LLC is a private, alternative investment fund that provides innovative debt, equity and hybrid financing options for small-to-medium sized public companies in need of either growth capital or relief from past-due liabilities.

Our contrast with the industry lies in our drive to conduct business with a higher ethical standard by working closely with the executives in our portfolio to understand their business needs, and building a solid foundation of trust of commitment.

We invest across all sectors and industries, including alternative energy, technology, business services and marijuana, with a specialization in the U.S. OTC markets. Our near-term plans include expanding to international markets, including Australia.

Whether we are helping maintain the capital requirements of an emergent company’s R&D program, financing inventory, retiring debt, providing expertise or helping a new management team navigate the capital markets, at Black Forest we are determined to simultaneously invest wisely and help public issuers with real potential strategically leverage their equity in order to grow or renew their business.

We invest in companies with high growth potential that need funding in order to meet their near-term capital requirements. Our team analyzes each company's business model, fundamentals, and planned uses of capital in order to decide upon an investment's viability for our portfolio. In the long-term, we strive to form relationships in which we continue to be a funding partner for and make investments in our portfolio companies over the course of many years.

We invest in companies that are suffering from excess, third-party liabilities by purchasing unmanageable debt and restating it as a convertible instrument, giving the company a hedge against repayment. If the company cannot meet its obligations under the loan, we will proportionately convert the remaining principal into stock and liquidate diligently, paying close attention to our affect on the market.
